(In Progress) Restoration project – Caratra Bar Project, Culdaff, Donegal.
This was the old former Caratra bar & restaurant, Culdaff that we were commissioned to fully renovate to a family home.
It consisted of a new roof back extension new windows and doors ,and brought up to a A rated home. The external render on the build was done with a lime-based product which allows the old stone work in the existing building to breathe and prevent damp problems on the internal walls of the building .
